Filtered Water, Fair Trade Cane Sugar*, Genmaicha Green Tea*, Green Tea*, Lemon Rind*, Black Pepper*, Long Pepper*, Lemon Balm, Aji Crystal Pepper*, Lemon Drop Pepper*, Cayenne Pepper, Apple Juice*. Naturally fermented with Kombucha culture.

Flavor notes:  A Heat Wave with a cooling effect; layered peppers with lemon balm and lemon rind, more dry than sweet with a light kiss of heat at the end, steady even effervescence. Great hot afternoon siping kombucha. 

Flower Power 

Filtered Water, Fair Trade Cane Sugar, Jasmine Green Tea*, Elder Flower*, Hibiscus*, Chamomile*, Rose Petals*, and Edible Flower Mix*. Naturally fermented with Kombucha culture.

Flavor notes:  Floral! More tang than sweet, this rosy-pink kombucha is a favorite seasonal that we make in the spring and summer using locally grown flowers.
